Most of the company’s users access our website, email, and social media through their phone. The website hadn’t been updated since 2014 and it really needed a mobile-first, responsive redesign that improved UX/UI. Visit rteamr.com

Looking at website flow and use through google analytics of the old website, I identified three pages as the most used: home search, realtor directory, and contact form.
The new website design reflects this use, by placing an easy to find search module on the home page, followed by a link to the realtor directory, and an easy to find contact form at the bottom of each page.
Email newsletters and announcements for staff. There was not internal communications wothin the team that highlighted accomplishments, goals, or events at the company.
